An Important Update on How We Deliver Performance Recordings

After careful consideration, we’ve made the decision to discontinue delivering recordings on DVD and Blu-ray discs.  The increasing difficulty of maintaining software, aging equipment needed to produce discs, and rising costs of shipping and materials have made it difficult to continue offering these options. Going forward, all recordings will be delivered as digital downloads, which allow us to get your video to you faster, keep it in the highest quality, and avoid the risk of shipping delays or damaged discs. We’ll also make sure your files are easy to download, save, and share with family and friends.

To keep your memories safe, we recommend saving recordings in at least two places. On two separate USB flash drives  or external hard drives kept in different locations, or with a cloud storage service such as Google Drive, iCloud, or Dropbox. Having your video stored in more than one place ensures you’ll always be able to enjoy it, even if one copy is lost or damaged.
